I’m oddly fascinated by the origins of alcohol. I traveled to Singapore in part because I wanted to go to where the Singapore Sling was invented. That and I heard Singapore was an amazing place to visit.
I ended up in Ireland in part because I really enjoy a good Guinness and I wanted to fully understand the ethos behind this one beer.
Traveling for me is like brushing my teeth. It’s part of me. I’ll sit in the back of the plane for 14 hours just to try wine in central Australia (and work to avoid being bit by a brown snake).
